How to Use

Turn Me On

  • Hold down the power button and use the “+” or “-” to select a heat setting.

Heat Settings & Turn-Offs

  • Double-press the power button to shift the temp or hold down to power off.

Unlock & Remove Attachments

  • Make sure the base is powered off and the styling attachment is cool to the touch. Twist the locking switch, then gently pull the attachment off or push and relock.

Pro Tips

  • No matter the temp, always use a heat protectant to keep your hair healthy—360° F will be the sweet spot for most hair types.
  • For fine, fragile, or thin hair, stick to the lowest setting (200° F) before increasing the temperature.
  • Coarse, thick, or resistant hair? Try styling at 410° F. Curlier textures may need some pre-styling to start on a smoother canvas.
  • When sectioning hair before styling, remember that the smaller the section, the more defined the waves and curls will be.

TEMPERATURE GUIDE

200°F:

  • Fine, fragile, or synthetic hair
  • You want looser waves and curls

325°F:

  • Fine, type 1, or damaged hair
  • You want to minimize flyaways

360°F:

  • Chemically-treated hair
  • Finer type 2, type 3, and natural hair
  • Thicker type 3 hair

410°F:

  • Ultra-thick hair
  • You want tighter, long-lasting curls and waves

I needed a small clamp

"I needed a small clamp iron for my chin length bob, this curling iron is great, it heats up quickly and leaves hair shiny and smooth! I am hoping that they will come out with more attachments like the small crimper and heated round brush heads. I have only used it a few times and the most recent time I kept getting an error message on the screen and it would shut off. After some troubleshooting, it seemed to work, time will tell."

It's cool that the power

"It's cool that the power bottom allows for interchangeable attachments. I initially ran into an issue that kept giving me an "ERR" message. I had the lock and arrow symbols exactly aligned and they needed to be not fully in line with each other, which I find odd and not intuitive."

Great buy!

"The base is great! Maybe the lock function needs a little fine tuning. But overall SO happy!"

Deflated Purchase

"First off when I placed my order I definitely missed seeing these are sold in parts, so when only the barrel showed up I was frustrated to say the least. I’ve used this once thus far and for $100 I wasn’t impressed. Maybe my hair has to have lots of product in it to actually take the wave…"
