Mane products are designed for pros, but easy enough for beginners, with high-quality materials. We stand by the quality of our products and provide a 2-year warranty on our hot tools.

Here’s the long, legal lingo:

USA + Canada only. Outside of the USA, contact your local distributor. Our limited warranty covers the appliance against defects in material or workmanship for 24 months from date of purchase. Tools must be purchased from an authorized Mane distributor. Proof of purchase from any unauthorized sellers or online merchants is not accepted. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the authorized retailer’s individual exchange or return policy.

IMPORTANT: OUR LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE. IF THERE IS NO PROOF OF PURCHASE, THE TOOL WILL NOT BE INSPECTED.

This limited warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by not regularly cleaning the appliance.
2. Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug.
3. Damage due to misuse and abuse such as:

• Dropping (vibration, loose motor, rattling noise, etc.)
• Foreign objects inside of the appliance
• Wrong voltage supply
• Neglect in safety precautions
• Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized party
• Damage to cord

WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 24 MONTHS

Exchange of defective appliance is at Mane Haircare LLC's discretion. Send the appliance postage paid, along with a copy of the original proof of purchase (proof of purchase will not be returned), completed WARRANTY EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM, and a money order or credit card information payable to Mane Haircare LLC to cover return shipping, handling, and insurance. Repair or servicing of defective appliances are not offered. Warranty replacement of limited-edition appliances is subject to availability; appliance(s) may be replaced with a similar or equal product.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANE HAIRCARE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
